Clobazam Single or Divided Dose against Diazepam in Anxiety Neurosis

One-hundred-and-fifteen patients diagnosed as anxiety neurotics randomly received in a double blind study 20 mg clobazam (Frisium) as a single nightly dose (37 patients) or 10 mg b.d.
